If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone.
What you’re experiencing isn’t failure.
It’s what happens when too much has been carried for too long.

We take the pressure off so you can understand what’s happening instead of reacting automatically.
Anger, withdrawal, and numbness follow patterns. Once you see them, you regain choice.
Together, we explore the experiences and pressures that shaped how you cope today, without judgment.
Each session leaves you with something practical you can apply in real life.
Over time, you’ll feel more present with yourself and with the people who matter to you.

I’m not here to judge you. I’m here to understand you.
Men come to me when they feel overwhelmed, angry, or disconnected, even if they’re not sure how to explain it yet.
I take a grounded, human approach. I’m engaged, steady, and focused on helping you make sense of what you’re carrying. The work we do together is collaborative and practical, with the goal of helping you feel more in control of your life.
I use a blend of humanistic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based work to help you understand your patterns, shift how you respond, and build a healthier relationship with yourself.
My background working on suicide and crisis lines with the Canadian Mental Health Association taught me how to stay present in difficult moments. I bring that same steadiness into every session.
Culturally Sensitive Care
As a counsellor of Arabic heritage, I understand the weight of cultural expectations and identity conflicts. If you’re navigating life between cultures, this is a space where those conversations are welcome.
Credentials
The first session isn’t about having the right words.
There’s no pressure to share everything.
You don’t need to be ready. You just need to show up.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to help you take the next step.
