I deeply understand the importance of cultural sensitivity and inclusion in the therapeutic space. As a counsellor of Arabic heritage, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered, regardless of your cultural background or personal history.

I will foster trust and empathy from the start, using a person-centred approach to explore your unique experiences, values, and beliefs. Together, we’ll engage in open dialogue, encouraging you to explore your inner self freely.


Through techniques from Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, and MBCT, we’ll work to enhance your self-awareness, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop effective coping strategies. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, or personal growth, I’m here to support you in building resilience and achieving your personal goals.
