If you submit the website contact form, Humanistic Counselling receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, contact preference, and message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange services where appropriate.
Keep messages brief
Website forms, ordinary email, text messages, and voicemail have privacy limitations. Do not include detailed health information, highly sensitive personal information, or urgent safety concerns. These channels are not crisis services.
Netlify form processing
The website is hosted by Netlify, and the contact form uses Netlify's form-processing service. Submission data may be processed and stored by Netlify according to its applicable service and privacy terms.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand general website use, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, scrolling, and outbound link activity. Contact-form messages and the contents entered into form fields are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Google may process analytics information according to its privacy terms.
Booking
Online booking is provided through Jane. When you follow a booking link, Jane's privacy terms and data practices apply.
