Consultation
20 minutes
See if we are a good fit. No pressure.
BookAnger may arrive quickly, build quietly, or appear after you have held too much in for too long. Counselling can help you understand the pattern, take responsibility for its effects, and develop more choice in how you respond.

Anger can signal hurt, fear, helplessness, injustice, shame, overload, or a boundary that matters. Understanding that information does not excuse intimidation or harm.
The goal is not to eliminate anger. It is to recognize it earlier and respond without losing sight of your values or other people's safety.
Samer takes a grounded, collaborative approach. The work considers your history, culture, relationships, values, and the full context of your life.
Sessions are available in English and Arabic.
Notice triggers, body signals, thoughts, and escalation.
Explore fear, hurt, shame, helplessness, or rejection.
Create a safe pause without using silence as punishment.
Express needs, limits, and disagreement without intimidation.
Face the impact and consider what repair requires.
Small frustrations feel larger than they should.
You raise your voice or act before you have time to think.
You hold everything in, then explode.
You go silent or leave because you do not trust what will happen if you stay.
Your partner or family says they are walking on eggshells.
You feel justified in the moment and ashamed afterward.
You do not have to make complete sense of this before asking for support.
