See if we are a good fit. No pressure.
BookYou may care deeply about your relationship and still struggle to communicate, stay present during conflict, or understand why the same problems keep returning. Individual counselling offers a private place to understand your part in the pattern.

Conversations become arguments before you can explain what you mean.
You shut down because saying nothing feels safer.
Your partner says you are distant, defensive, angry, or unavailable.
You solve practical problems but struggle when things become emotional.
Trust has been damaged, and you do not know how to rebuild it.
You are facing separation and trying to understand what happened.
You do not have to make complete sense of this before asking for support.
See what happens before defensiveness, anger, or silence.
Recognize needs, fears, hurt, and expectations.
Express needs and limits without blame or withdrawal.
Face your impact without collapsing into shame.
Approach repair, separation, or uncertainty with more clarity.
This is individual counselling for men, not couples counselling. It focuses on what happens for you, what you bring into the relationship, and which choices are within your control.
The purpose is not to build a case against your partner or decide who is right. It is to understand the pattern clearly enough that you can respond with greater honesty and responsibility.
Samer takes a grounded, collaborative approach. The work considers your history, culture, relationships, values, and the full context of your life.
Sessions are available in English and Arabic.
Individual counselling is available in person in Vernon and online. Text, email, or call if you do not see a time that works. Samer responds within one business day.
